Huawei has recently launched two new Smartwatches in India, named Huawei Watch GT 2 and Watch GT with no cost replacement policy during the warranty period.
And now, they’ve gone a step ahead and announced the doorstep repair service for all its smartwatch users in India, which are still in warranty period.
As part of their initiative, the Huawei support team will pick up the smartwatches from your doorstep and deliver it back once the repair is done.
And as part of their no cost replacement policy for the newly launched smartwatches, Huawei will replace the watch for any manufacturing defects or performance issues, with a new one.
Huawei has also introduced a special repair solution for customers with out-of-warranty watches.
You can get spare parts like watch strap, back cover, charging base, screen and mainboard replaced for a charge that can be found on their official Huawei India website.
All the parts will also get a 90 day warranty period.
However, these offers are applicable only for Huawei Watch GT and GT 2 (46 mm) variants, irrespective of whether you’ve purchased them from the online stores or offline.
These special services help Huawei in increasing its market hold by gaining the trust of the customers.
